Perennially afflicted Belgian airline SN Airlines, the reincarnation of bankrupt state carrier SABENA, is told by authorities to investigate co-operation (merger?) with Sobelair. Sobelair is, if I'm not mistaken, a former charter airline affiliate of Sabena. Why did they split the assets in the first place? Is this going the same way as Swiss - i.e. nowhere?
